Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the moment you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking details. In case you decide to cancel after your order has been dispatched or refuse delivery, please be mindful that you will be responsible for the original shipping charge and a return shipping fee ranging between £100-350, depending on the model and shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or cancel orders once they have shipped.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when received. It should also be in the original packaging. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues you might face with the product. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your return. Please note, you may be charged the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of £100-350 at our discretion for any returns or exchanges. If you accidentally order the wrong product, this policy will apply.
Special Consideration for Defective Products
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, if within 15 days of arrival, you find your product to have major defects or damage, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. In such cases, the shipping cost will not be borne by you. To proceed, please send photos or videos evidencing the product damage to support@infinitypps.co.uk.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Request Approval: Email us at support@infinitypps.co.uk within 15 days of product delivery. Include your order number and delivery date.
- Document the Condition: Capture videos/photos of all packaging and the item.
- Receive Return Address: We will provide the correct address for return upon accepting your return request.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the items, we will process your refund. This process may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Note: Please ensure you have our written approval before returning any items. Returns without our prior acceptance will not be eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise you to first check your bank account again. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank as well, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Currency Fluctuations
Please be aware that our pricing is based on the US dollar, and as such, there might be slight fluctuations due to real-time currency exchange rate movements in different regions upon issuing a refund.
