The warranty period for portable power stations is as follows: If the customer encounters any non-human damage within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees. The portable power stations we sell are brand new, regular factory products, and all replacement parts are the same as the original parts.
